Access Maps

Wellington City Council Access Map

Wellington City Council's Access Map provides a comprehensive guide to the city's accessibility resources and includes accessible venues, amenities and events. This Access Map was created as a proof-of-concept for Wellington City Council and should only be used for demonstration purposes.

Easy to set up and install

Access Maps provide vital granular information about accessible venues, amenities, and events in communities across the country. Each Map partner is provided access to our Accessibility Capture app to ensure the data displayed on your Map and across our Maps Network is accurate and can be trusted by our communities.

Setting up your Access Maps account can take less than five minutes, and embedding the map on your website is as easy as copy and paste. For more information about how Access Maps can enhance your community's accessible experience, contact our team today.

Map Apps

Access Map Apps can be installed on smartphones, tablets, and computers to ensure ease of access and device sync preferences (e.g., high-contrast display). Users can opt to receive push notifications about upcoming events or community news, and can also use the Map App for directions to their destination. Made to fit your branding, our Map Apps ensure that the community can access your information on their time and terms while giving you the power of an app.
